This image was done as an entry to

's competition.

As the rules behind this [link] stipulate, participants are to select one of the listed fan fictions he has created and design an accompanying image.

The story I opted for is called 'One Is The Loneliest Number', and is set sometime after the TF:A episode 'Black Friday'. Optimus Prime returns to the site of his last encounter with Blackarachnia and tries one last time to draw her back into the light. You can read the piece by following this [link]

Why did I choose this one? Well, having characters and settings I'm familiar with always helps, and I've rather missed drawing TF:A stuff. This is probably the first TF:A pic I've done in a year or so.
